"TruckDown® " Application Gives Fleets Even More Vendor Network Services?FREE OF CHARGE
WINNIPEG, Jan. 30, 2013, 2013 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --
Commercial trucking and bus fleets are
slashing on-road repair costs and reducing related down time by using
the state-of-the-art online application available from TruckDown Info
International, Inc.
Using the "TruckDown" program, fleets can build and manage their own
private vendor networks online. Fleets can use TruckDown's existing
network of more than 30,000 vendors to get started, and flag preferred
vendors as they are added to fleet networks. Fleets can also insert
notes about vendor pricing and service, and share their custom networks
fleet-wide. Additionally, fleets can use "TruckDown" to generate and
save truck-legal routes and search for vendors along those routes at
any point.
Two types of accounts are available to fleets: "TruckDown Basic," which
is free of charge to fleets, and "TruckDown Advanced." Advanced
accounts are available for an extremely low annual fee and are
typically used by carriers that have more than 50 regular vendors,
specific vendor pricing and/or service arrangements, and more than one
person arranging maintenance and repairs. Using either type of account, however, fleets of any size can reduce their maintenance and repair costs by
using the right vendor, in the right place, and at the right time.
"TruckDown is about more than finding a vendor," said Bob Toews, CEO of
TruckDown Info International. "It's about finding vendors that will
give you the best response time, at the best price, and will do the
work right the first time."

"TruckDown," see the case studies attached to this news release. Or go
