Foraco announces Q4 2012 results and conference call; exhibiting at PDAC 2013

drilling services, will release its Fourth Quarter 2012 results on
March 5, 2013 prior to TSX market opening. Following the release,
Management of the Company will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET to
review the financial results. The call will be hosted by Daniel
Simoncini, Chairman and CEO, and Jean-Pierre Charmensat, Vice-CEO and
CFO.
