By involving itself with the NetAlliance Partner Program, Celtra will now be able to take full advantage of Akamai's leading cloud platform and will be able to offer the best possible user experience within rich media ads across mobile devices. Celtra will also be able to further optimize the performance of its various rich media ad units for its broad base of customers who are spread across the world.
