How do You Stand Out in a Crowd? Mobile Innovation is the Trick

The Mobile track is difficult to explain since its impact is more about your development needs and less about experience.

First of all we talk a lot about PhoneGap.  PhoneGap has become the leading way to develop mobile devices and makes interaction and sizing manageable. Using touch to interact, adjusting to the accelerometer, recognizing the screen to render right, etc.  All of these are not the environment of Web 1.0, but for Web 2.0 these things are not only given, they are dynamic in this fluid market.

How do you avoid the pitfalls of saying you were optimized for yesterdays’ environment and stay on the edge of innovation?

The Mobile track brings you that with Sencha and Adobe (News - Alert) and giving a better read on how to deliver in the practical sense.  And Terry Ribb of Relevens, Joey Janischeck of BestFit Mobile and Phil Purviance for OWASP help to show where innovation is hitting the sweet spot in HTML5.

HTML5 is at the stage of development and roll out where the Internet was in mid-90s.  You can not only be around the thought leaders, you can join the ranks of them by being part of the community now.
