Employrium Introduces HTML5 Website, Simplifies Talent Search for Recruiters

In an effort to make talent search easier for the recruiters, Employrium, a provider of web enabled employment services for the online recruiting and job search community has introduced a new website layout. Launched as a part of the company’s phased rollout of a new html5 website design, the new website flaunts a new look and feel, based on the motto of “less is more”.

Due to challenging website layouts, talent search often becomes complex for the recruiters. In a press release, Employrium claimed that its new website layout, based on a collection of HTML5 standards, delivers consistent presentation across browsers, as well as streamlines the web page drill down as recruiters keep on navigating the website searching for talent. This, in general speeds up the process of finding the right candidate.

Finding the right candidate is important for the recruiters, as only the most qualified candidate gets hired by their clients companies. The income of the externally outsourced recruiting agencies depends on the numbers of candidates are being hired. Unfortunately, recruiters, across virtually every industry, have been forced to spend excessive amounts of time drilling down from page to page to accomplish simple tasks. This benefits the website owners at the expense of the recruiter's precious time. With its new website layout, Employrium introduces simplicity and makes search for talent quick and to the point.

“Employrium puts efficiency first such that recruiters spend less time searching for talent and more time interviewing candidates,” said Employrium founder, Darryl Carter noted in a statement.

Two years back, the company launched its Facebook Fan page with an intention to provide job seekers with search tools that provide timely accurate job leads and referrals. “The addition of Employrium's Facebook (News - Alert) Fan page is a good fit given our social centric focus on hiring combined with our user's interest in a one stop shop,” Carter commented in connection with the launch.
