Enhanced Apica Web Performance Portal Now Supports HTML5, AppDynamics and Google Analytics

Apica, a company offering load testing and performance monitoring solutions to cloud and mobile applications, has announced that company’s enhanced Apica WebPerformance portal now supports HTML5 and real browser monitoring from leading browsers, such as Google (News Alert) Chrome.

In addition, this new enhanced portal also blends well with the latest AppDynamics and Google Analytics and provides an API solution for advanced monitoring capabilities.

"Consumer demand for high-performing websites and applications is constantly increasing. Fast response times are no longer a luxury; they are expected," says Sven Hammar, CEO of Apica.

Hammar said that they have enhanced their WebPerformance solution with more standard support and integration so users can correlate data from multiple instances and locations across the globe to get a transparent look at application performance and improve the end-user experience.

Apica WebPerformance monitors the delivery of all Web content and application functionality to real browsers in terms of the actions that matter most to users – their actions. Users get a controlled perspective on actual application and content delivery with powerful analytics providing insight into performance improvement troubleshooting and proactive planning, according to the company.

In addition, the portal verifies the performance of the Web applications from the “end user” perspective. It even monitors from a real browser with Selenium script and measures booking flow, login function, etc. from 60+ Internet-based agents distributed around the world.

“We give businesses the power to optimize their web performance and identify issues before they impact customers," Hammar added.

The support for the HTML5 allows access from laptops, smartphones, or tablets and the interface adjusts itself to the chosen platform so customers can keep track of their web performance wherever they are located.
