DevCon5 HTML5 & Mobile App Developer Conference Unveils Advanced HTML5 Sessions at Upcoming Conference


Targeted track explores HTML5’s impact on video, graphics and platforms

Norwalk, CT – October 8, 2013 – TMC (NewsAlert) and Crossfire Media today announced the Advanced HTML5 session track for DevCon5, held December 10-11, 2013, at the Hilton Los Angeles/ Universal City, California. The two-day, hands-on event provides attendees the opportunity to immerse themselves in HTML5 topics, including user-experience design and security, building new business models for the mobile Web, browser compatibility with HTML5 and much more.

Designed to provide attendees with a more experienced look into the industry, the Advanced HTML5 sessions track includes:

  • Graphics Update: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly– Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the strategy for building media rich advertising with HTML5 and hear insights on actual implementations.
  • The Video Player– Attendees will learn how to leverage the HTML5 video tag to build their own video player.
  • CSS3 Animation– This session provides the opportunity to learn more about Cascading Style Sheets animation.
  • Video Calling: WebRTC– Attendees will discover the latest in WebRTC, including Digital Right Management in the future of video, video streaming, interactive video and WebVTT.
  • Angular.JS– This session will provide attendees insight into the toolset for building the framework best suited for application development.
  • Using Responsive and Adaptive Techniques– This discussion explores the usage of responsive Web design and adaptive techniques that leverage HTML5 and CSS3 to deploy Web solutions that can support multiple devices.
  • WebGL Coming to the Rescue– Explore the latest chips that are delivering a richer graphical experience.
  • Big Data Databases– This panel will explore alternative database strategies, how the community is utilizing these solutions and what options are available.
  • Mobilizing Data Capture for the Enterprise– Attendees have the opportunity to explore how smartphone and mobile automatic identification and data capture AIDC technology can help revolutionize business processes over the entire enterprise.
