HTML5 Event Completes Robust Conference Program


HTML5 Communications Summit concludes two-day agenda filled with expert insight and technology demos

Norwalk, CT – November 20, 2014 – TMC (NewsAlert) and Crossfire Media today announced the completion of the HTML5 Communications Summit, held November 18-19, 2014, at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California. The event assembled Web developers, designers, architects, technology leaders and business strategists to learn the latest strategies in HTML5. The two-day event featured networking opportunities and educational content on integrating real-time communications to create interactive Web and app experiences to increase engagement and conversions.

“The HTML5 Communications Summit brought home the changing role of the Web and its ability to expand our interactions.  Creative responsive experiences will be common place in the next few years,” said Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media, executive director of content, HTML5. “Developers saw the interactive opportunities with examples they can adopt today.”

The event’s agenda included live WebRTC demos and sessions on JavaScript, AngularJS, browser-friendly applications, second screen ubiquity, video, native mobile applications and the latest HTML5 standards. Speakers included professionals from Acision, Appdynamics, Artezio, Exhilent, Microsoft, RethinkDB, Temasys and keynote presentations by:
