Xerox Ranks on Gartner’s 2012 Global Customer Management Contact Centers ReportJan 18, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) — Xerox has been named to the Gartner Leaders Quadrant by Gartner, in the 2012 Magic Quadrant Customer Management Contact Center Business Process Outsourcing report.According to a release, the Magic Quadrant is a proprietary research tool developed by Gartner that offers visual snapshots of a market's direction, maturity and participants, and evaluates companies on completeness of vision and ability to execute.
