Workforce Management Software Group and Coordinated Systems Detail Partnership Agreement

Jan 21, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) — The Workforce Management Software Group, Inc. (WFMSG), a developer and provider of the Community workforce management solution, announced that it has executed an agreement with Coordinated Systems, Inc. (CSI), the providers of Virtual Observer recording and workforce optimization suite, to resell Community within its existing framework.

According to a release, CSI will be marketing Virtual Observer Community directly and thru their channel partner network.

"CSI evaluated many workforce management solutions to find the right partner and compatible technology," said Daryl A. Gonos, principal responsible for sales and marketing at WFMSG. "We are excited about the synergy between the products, the companies and the market potential of combining two such modern and widely heralded solution sets." "Community is web-based, architected on .NET framework, supports a variety of fully virtualized configurations and readily scales, like other products within the Virtual Observer family," said CSI's Director of Product Development, Dan McGrail. "The open platform, broad compatibility with different ACD manufacturers, truly innovative feature set and multi-channel communications gateway distinguished Community as the obvious product of choice for CSI. We could not be more pleased to leverage those advantages within our toolkit." More information: www.wfmsg.com ((Comments on this story may be sent to [email protected]))
