Voxbone to Support Orange Business Services to Extend Inbound Voice Services

SAN FRANCISCO –(Business Wire)–

Voxbone today announced that Orange Business Services will use Voxbone’s virtual local phone numbers to extend the reach of its voice services for its international customers. Orange (NewsAlert) Business Services is a global operator and integrator of communications solutions and serves over 3,000 multinational business customers. It will now be offering Voxbone’s (NewsAlert) Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers as part of its Contact Center, Voice & Enterprise Unified Communications (UC) solutions.

By deploying Voxbone’s geographical DIDs, Orange Business Services (NewsAlert) is able to extend its coverage and benefit from the multi-city coverage offered by Voxbone. Additionally, Voxbone’s fully-automated service management and simpified DID ordering processes will help Orange Business Services to meet the needs of its customers more efficiently.

“There are many DID providers on the market today, but their offers are not equal,” said Eric Masseboeuf, Head of the International Voice Business Unit at Orange Business Services. “Some of the world’s biggest multinational enterprises depend on our voice and data services, so we must choose our providers carefully. Key factors in our decision to use Voxbone as one of our key DID providers were coverage, the focus and excellence of their teams, as well as its proven reputation for delivering carrier-grade reliability.”

“Supplying the world’s largest organizations with a wide range of technologies, including rock-solid UC solutions, Orange Business Services is well-known as a top global ICT provider,” said Itay Rosenfeld, CEO of Voxbone. “We know that Orange’s customers have exceptionally high expectations of quality and availability, so we are pleased that Orange has entrusted Voxbone with delivering DID services for its Contact Center, Voice & UC operations.”

Orange Business Services’ decision to use Voxbone’s carrier-grade robust and high quality DID numbers is further evidence that Voxbone is quickly becoming a provider of choice for the world’s leading telecommunications groups.
