By providing multiple applications on a single server, Toshiba’s IPedge delivers a more efficient use of hardware and computing resources. Built-in “Meet-Me” Audio Conference Application With Toshiba’s new built-in “Meet-Me” Audio Conference application, every user has a “meet-me” conference room for quick, on-demand meet-me audio conferencing. Designed for ease-of-use, users simply set up a conference by dialing into their IPedge messaging mailbox and assigning PIN numbers that can be sent out to all participants invited to the conference. Four (4) audio channel licenses are included free. Additional channels are license-activated up to the maximum capacity, which depends on the server model (IPedge EP, EC or EM) and type (IPedge Branded or IPedge Virtual). For the IPedge Virtual Server, the conference capacities are: EP (20 channels), EC (100 channels) and EM (200 channels). Built-in Call Accounting Application With IPedge R1.7.1, Toshiba’s Call Accounting application is built-i as a standard feature.
