Peter is Technical Director at Acision. He graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. After graduation Peter worked on a PSTN switch developing signalling stacks for SS7, ISDN and similar protocols and creating advanced routing and service applications. Since 2005 he has worked mainly with SIP first leading a team developing a PSTN gateway and then managing the development of a SIP Application Server. Peter joined Acision in September 2010 and has made numerous contributions to the Kamailio open source SIP Router project (particularly in the areas of presence, WebSocket, MSRP, and SIP Outbound) since then. Peter is one of the authors of the MSRP over WebSocket draft (draft-pd-dispatch-msrp-websocket) and is a contributor to several open-source projects.

Oleg Puzyreff serves as COO at ARTEZIO, LLC, a global software company with offices in US, Europe and Asia. His primary responsibilities are to develop and to manage ARTEZIOs US operations. ARTEZIO employs ~ 500 software engineers and is part of Lanit Group of companies from Europe with 8500 employees. ARTEZIO completed more than 100 project worldwide up to date. Oleg Puzyreff graduated from Kiev State University at Ukraine, with MS degree in Physics. After that he worked at Barnett Institute of Material Sciences at Northeastern University (NU) at Boston, MA, where he was a Visiting Scientist. He was involved with Los Alamos National Laboratory under SCADA agreement in area of High-Temperature Superconductivity. After finishing his work at NU, Oleg worked for 5 years as Software Engineer for a leading process control software company ICONICS, Inc, where he was involved in business relationship with Intel Telecom Group. In 2001 Oleg co-founded a telecom software startup Macrohard Corp. which he was leading as CEO until end of 2005, when company was sold. Macrohard Corp had developed a unique and first of its king web based call control technology for which it has filed patents and applied it to Telecom Carriers CO environment. During Macrohard times Oleg was playing active role in modern telecom research as Research Stuff Member at ECE Dept of College of Engineering at Boston University under direction of Distinguished Prof. Lev Levitin. After 2005 Oleg worked for Burst Media, Inc. as Director of AdConductor where he was introduced to a world of Digital Media and to a market of global Ad Networks. After that Oleg spent several years at ONE Communications, Inc. the biggest privately owned CLEC in US at that time, where he learned how large US carriers really operates. Since 2009, Oleg spent 5 years with qaSignature, a qa automation solutions company, where he managed company sales and marketing operations for 5 years. During the same period of time Oleg managed Newton Angels startup incubator in Newton Center, MA in partnership with MassChallenge. Number of software startups were clients of qaSignature and went via Newton Angels incubator process successfully. Oleg lives in Winchester, MA with his wife and three kids. He enjoys taking care of family, traveling and practicing yoga.

Chris Cavigioli, Senior Strategy Planner at Intel Corp, is responsible for graphics and multimedia platform requirements for phones and tablets. He was instrumental in defining the Medfield platform, culminating in a deployment of 6 Intel-based smartphones around the world in 2012. Prior to being recruited by Intel in 2008, Chris ran strategic marketing for multimedia at MIPS Technologies, the #1 core in consumer electronics. Before that he headed product marketing at NemeriX, a fabless startup in Switzerland delivering the world’s lowest power GPS chipset. While at Synopsys, he evangelized SystemC with EDA/ESL tools that enable SoC design & verification at the C/C++ level. For over 12 years at Analog Devices, Chris was responsible for several system and application engineering roles for DSP chips, GSM chipsets (with TTPCom) and represented Analog Devices at 3GPP, ETSI, GSMA, MPEG, ITU, ECTEL TMS and GCF/PTCRB. Temasys is based in Singapore with an office in Mountain View, Calif. Temasys’s SkyWay™ developer tools and Real Time Communications infrastructure enable clients to build and deploy video, audio, and data sharing applications for web and mobile. Temasys enhances these solutions by providing a stable, scalable and secure infrastructure to help scale applications at web speed, to support millions of users.

Gouaillard is an entrepreneur and research scientist with expertise in theoretical signal and image processing, discrete geometry processing and complex systems modeling. He also counts management of multi-cultural teams on an international basis, and computer and web programming among his areas of career experience.

He is a participant in the RTC Web Working Group under the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and, is a representative to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the main international standards organization for the World Wide Web.

Prior to Temasys, Gouaillard founded and remains president of CoSMo Software Inc., a Boston-area startup that was incubated from the Photonics Center at Boston Universitys Institute of Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization.

He spent three years as a principal investigator for complex system modeling in two different areas at Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star), one for human immunology and one for urban planning.

Gouaillard was a senior R&D; software engineer and research associate in a project funded by the National Human Genome Research Institute, a component of the U.S. National Institutes of Health that spanned the California Institute of Technology and Harvard Medical School.

Earlier, in France, he founded and served as chief technology officer of Animascope, a company devoted to medical pre-clinical imaging. Gouaillard also has worked as an R&D;

Prior to his role at AdzCentral, he was the Asia Pacific general manager for the TRICARE Overseas Program at Singapore-headquartered International SOS, a provider of integrated medical, clinical and security services to organizations with international operations.

Earlier, Wilcox spent several years with Yahoo!, holding roles as Southeast Asia product manager for Yahoo! Mail and Messenger, pricing and yield management, product planning and analytics. Before relocating to Singapore, he was a senior internal consultant at Primera Blue Cross in Seattle, and earlier was a consultant for CapGemini LLC’s healthcare practice.

Wilcox received his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and earned his MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
